Rejuvenating nickel OER anodes — new paper from Sophie
Publication
Sophie Mellsop has another paper out in Electrochimica Acta, this time showing that nickel oxy-hydroxide anodes age and lose oxygen evolution activity over time, but that performance can be recovered simply by briefly stepping the potential to a lower value. A straightforward and practical approach to maintaining anode performance in alkaline electrolysis.
